  Thank you so much for your call today.  I apologize for not getting back to you as promised.  I am delighted you have selected my  place for your New York visit.  Below are the details of how to get to the apartment.  The keys will be left with the concierge at the Front Desk an envelope with your name on it.  Go up and make yourselves comfortable and call me when you are inside the apartment.  At that time we can make arrangements for payment.  There is no need to bring any linen or towels.  I have everything there for you.  If you have any questions feel free to call me anytime.  If you would be so kind to send me your flight details.  Check In time is 3:00PM.

  The apartment is located at 50 West 34th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues.  The name on the building is Herald Towers and the building shares the same corner as the GAP store.  The Empire State building is at the 5th Avenue corner.  The apartment in on the 18th floor number 18c10.  The phone number at the apartment is 1-212-239-4117 incase anyone needs to reach you during your stay.  The phone in the apartment can be used for local calls only.  If you need to reach me before my cell number is 1-917-734-2096 and my home number is 718-655-4356.  Please have ID in case the front desk request it.  There is also High speed Internet free of charge for your use as well as cable TV in the living room and bedroom along with other convenient amenities for your comfort.
